Her Story
After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Moncton, Nathalie began a successful 17-year career at National Bank, where she served as a financial services advisor and branch manager. Driven by her long-time passion for decorating and home staging, she made a bold career shift and launched Solutions Decor in 2008.
To further develop her expertise, Nathalie completed the International Design and Decorating course through QC Design School. She has been an accredited member of the Decorators & Designers Association of Canada (DDA) since 2015, staying committed to continued professional development and industry standards.
With a unique blend of business acumen and creative vision, Nathalie leads each project with precision, care, and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs.
Sara Dorion

Her Story
Sara Dorion’s passion for design began at a young age and has continued to grow throughout her career. She graduated with distinction from Eastern College in January 2020 and has been a valued member of our team ever since.
Sara is an accredited member of the Decorators & Designers Association of Canada (DDA), which supports her ongoing professional development through continued education and access to national and international industry events.
With strong technical skills and a keen eye for design, Sara brings creativity, precision, and dedication to every project — making her a key asset to our team and to the clients we serve.
